BROWNSVILLE, TX – The Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) has scheduled a partial road closure on Morton Street between East 17th Street and International Boulevard on Tuesday, March 26 through Wednesday, March 27 to locate water main lines.

BPUB crews will be working daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Motorists are advised to plan their routes in advance and follow all posted detour signs.

Residents of Morton Street will maintain access to their homes throughout the duration of the work.

Please note no interruptions to customer services are expected due to these repairs.
