The Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) announces a temporary road closure on Ringgold Street from Sixth Street to Seventh Street from Monday, Dec. 11 through Sunday, Dec. 31 for the installation of an 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer line to connect the City of Brownsville’s Cannery Public Market (CPM) building to the main wastewater collection system along Seventh Street.
