Your Key Account Representatives
Commercial and
industrial customers can always count on prompt, personal attention from the Brownsville
PUB. As a commercial customer, you will have a Key Account Representative assigned to
learn your business and personally address your utility needs on a timely basis.
Key Account Representatives are trained to assist customers by acting as a direct channel
to BPUB's engineering, financial and customer service departments. We take responsibility
for your questions or concerns and mobilize the utility's resources to arrive at a
solution.
