ANNUAL BUDGET REPORT

BPUB’s Annual Budget Report is prepared by its department heads, various staff members within those departments, its Executive Team, and the Board. It is submitted in accordance with BPUB policy and serves as more than a projection of revenues and expenses for the upcoming year as it is ultimately the financial guide for the operation of BPUB each fiscal year.

A significant document, the BPUB Annual Budget Report establishes the financial limits used to provide utility services to BPUB customers. It furthermore serves as the ultimate guide for the General Manager & CEO and staff when planning, organizing and implementing the policies needed to provide safe, reliable service at the most economical rates possible.
