E-Bill - Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) has implemented an e-bill program which provides its customers electronic mail (e-mail) notifications when their utility bills are available for review and download at the company's website.

E-Pay is an easy way to automatically pay your bill and assure that it’s never late! Once authorized by you, Brownsville PUB will draft your bank electronically using a method called Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT or ACH).
Even though the due date of your bill may fluctuate slightly, your draft date will remain fixed. This fixed draft date allows you to budget your finances according to your cash flow. You can choose from several dates that better suit your financial cycle for the withdrawal to take place. Once the EFT is effective, there will be a message across the top of the bill that says, "ACH Plan." Another message will also appear on the remittance slip. BPUB also has many other convenient methods to pay your bill.

Online Account - With your Online Account you can have convenient, 24-hour access to:
- Access your account(s) via the BPUB website.
- View your payment history
- View your electric and water consumption
- Access and download your bill
- Make online payments
- Apply for new service/Transfer Service
- Disconnect Service

Automated Phone System (IVR) Available at (956) 983-6121. If you are not near a computer but need access to your account information an easy and quick way to access that information is with BPUB’s new IVR. Just a few pushes of a button and you will retrieve the information you need, and as always there is the option to speak with one of our helpful Customer Solution Representatives.
With the Automated Phone system you have access to:
- Balance inquiry
- Payment arrangement
- Payment over the phone with a check or credit card (posted in "real-time") at no charge
- Copy of last bill can be faxed
- Disconnect service
- Update a phone number
- Speak to a Customer Solutions Representative (available from 7:30am to 5:30pm)
IVR features are available 24/7 and customers have the option to listen to the same menu in Spanish
