Note: To better serve our customers, the drop box is located to the left of the drive-thru lanes. An additional drop box has been added at the front entrance of the main building.

Payments dropped off after 3pm will be processed the following business day. To avoid disconnection, accounts with payment arrangements/extensions or pending disconnect orders -- the night deposit box should not be used on the date listed as the disconnect date.

For your protection and the safety of our staff, please do not leave cash in the drop box.

Brownsville PUB field personnel do not accept payments as they approach
a service location for disconnection of services.
