Energy cost analysis
Key Account Representatives are available to give commercial customers a detailed analysis of energy usage and a breakdown of their charges.

Infrared testing for hot spots
The Brownsville PUB has trained technicians available to perform Infrared tests. Infrared testing is a great way to ensure that your electrical system is working at full capacity.

Power quality monitoring
Our engineering team can monitor and measure your power factor, which indicates the amount of power being wasted due to motors, welding arcs, fluorescent lights, etc.

24-hour, on-call response
Commercial customers can enjoy the comfort of having a Key Account Representative on-call, 24 hours a day. The Key Accounts staff is in constant communication with our Energy Control Operators and can immediately dispatch a repair crew.

Assistance with new connections or disconnections
Key Account Representatives can personally help you with new connections, transfers or disconnections.

Resolution of billing errors
Billing errors are inconvenient and costly. The Key Accounts staff can help. They can pinpoint errors and contact the right BPUB personnel to resolve any billing errors immediately.
