FUEL & PURCHASED ENERGY CHARGE Under every electric rate schedule, the customer pays a Fuel and Purchased Energy Charge related to power costs. The FPEC is computed to recover the actual cost of fuel used for electric generation, operating cost related to the Oklaunion Power Plant, and the cost of purchased power.A customer's total fuel charge is figured by multiplying the fuel unit charge (FPEC) by the total kilowatt-hours on the bill. |
