Monday - Sunday 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
Note: To better serve our customers, the drop box is located to the left of the drive-thru lanes. An walk-up drop box has also been placed at the front entrance of the BPUB Administration Building.

Payments dropped off after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day. To avoid disconnection, customers with accounts with payment arrangements/extensions or pending disconnect orders should not use the night deposit box on the date listed as the disconnect date.

For your protection and the safety of our staff, please do not leave cash in the drop box.
