All information collected, assembled or maintained by or for the Brownsville PUB is public information and is available to the public during normal business hours, unless excepted from disclosure. Under the provisions of Senate Bill 7 (Deregulation Bill), information deemed to constitute “competitive matters” will not be released. The Brownsville PUB defines the measures for providing public access to information and ensuring the proper control, security and release of information.
