Environmental
Stewardship Policy
The
Brownsville Public Utilities Board is committed to balancing
protection of natural resources with sustainable development,
and integrating environmental considerations into our daily
business activities. We believe that continually improving
environmental performance is inherent to sound business management,
demonstrates our social responsibility, and improves the standard
quality of life in the communities we serve. In keeping with
this policy, we will:

- Demonstrate
leadership within our community by promoting, coordinating
and implementing economically and environmentally sustainable
initiatives
